The samburu governor is out on the same bail terms with waititu but he has been going on with his official duties. Juzi i saw him (Samburu gov) on TV touring development projects and also distributing 20,000 knives to be used in forthcoming circumcision ceremonies. Waititu explained that it is a different person with similar name to the guy in the story. The nominated one is a former KNUT official in Kiambu, according to him.
