How exactly did they arrive at naming the forms 34A, 34B and 34C? What's the logic behind it? Why not form 7A or 10B? i.am.back!!!!

All stationery used by IEBC is numbered, starting with Form 1 which is a declaration by IEBC officers to abide by election law. Life is short. Live passionately.

The fair judgment from hearing and following the proceedings is Petitioner has lost the case. No proven evidence that votes cast were interfered with. No evidence hacking claims. No evidence of data manipulation. work to prosper

Someone help me understand James Aggrey Orengo. I had the misfortune of watching him yesterday and was perturbed at his introduction of his own report different from what the court registrar had.The allegations therein were also extremely wild. So what was that about? Did he expect the others not to know? What was his end game? Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

What was his end game? To plant doubt 5m votes from 90 constituencies. The star has headlined the same today. The missing info is that some of the votes belong to NASA strongholds. Ngatia pointedly quipped " looks like most of the problems were in the coastal region" Found the following on net after googling " do numbers lie" "Big meaningless numbers Description: These large numbers are meant to imply a significant trend, but do not provide any context. Therefore its meaning is of limited or no use." I care!

I found the nullification of 2016 Austrian Presidential election interesting read. Here is just a summary of it; Quote:
-Hofer (The Freedom Party) had lost out to Van der Bellen by only 30,863 votes.
-The Freedom party contested the outcome of the vote after claiming to have detected formal irregularities in 94 out of 117 constituencies, submitting a 150-page formal complaint to the constitutional court.
-Over the course of the investigation, it emerged that several counting centres had begun to process postal votes on the eve of the election rather than on the day after, as Austrian electoral law requires.
-Interviews with more than 60 witnesses revealed that officials responsible for counting votes had often paid little regard to official guidelines, starting to count without election observers present in the room. Some election observers, in turn, signed off protocols they hadn’t read.
-While the court emphasized that there was no evidence of the outcome of the election having been actively manipulated, the confirmed irregularities had affected a total of 77,926 votes that could have gone to either Hofer or Van der Bellen – enough, in theory, to change the outcome of the election.
-While nullifying the election, the constitutional court’s president said the ruling “did not turn anyone into a winner or a loser”, but elections were the “fundamental basis of our democracy” and therefore had to be “fully functional”.
-Hofer lost again to Van der Bellen by over 300,000 votes in the re-vote.

Looks like fake news. I doubt Ndii would email such sensitive info in an insecure manner. BTW do you know one of the easiest and secure communication is to draft a message, don't send it, share the password with your contact to read and then delete!
