User sa tried to login 2:03:18. System refused the password
The Same user tried to login again at 3:03:31
Same user had done it like 3 time earlier.

Usually, if there's really a user called sa, that failed to login a good system admin will get notified immediately. Or If not, the system will ban the fellow for a few minutes. In a system like this hours is allowed so that it gives you time to clear the viceroy from the system.

So please unless someone in IEBC is colluding with a hacker, they should be able to know instantly or they are maguta maguta system admins.
