@ Marty, i got a scenario that would need ua great counsel. My folks began investing in properties back in early 90s . thy acquired sme plots in the Nazarene area back in 93-94. At tht tym the plots were still in the mother title and they were still sellin the same in portions. so they got their certificates for the 4 plots all adding up to 1 acre from the selling company . flash forward to the present .where we went there sme time early this year and found 2 fenced the other still bare (,beacons still in place for all) thy figured thy wud use them . Now , when we went to inquire about the fencing of the plots at the office sellin the land . their register had diffrnt names for the owners of the plots and they said the person who sold the land no longer worked for the company selling the land and was sacked because of some irregularities back in the day . and after wards they had to re-write the register which (of course) doesnt include my folks names.they said they tried contacting everyone who had purchased land from them with regards to that property but ua guess is as good as mine they didnt have the contacts of th folks so they they said thy will curve out other property from some adjacent land in th same locality to compensate ...th question of when they don't have an answer and the alternative which cracked me to bits was that they refund past value as-was back in 93-94!! as compensation (i wonder if they saw the daipers and pacifier we all had on or the lack of brains...sorry, i digress). Now my question is how do I deal with this in 2 parts: 1- the plots that were fenced and one already had a foundation on the works how do i get to have them stop ?2- the vendor company how do we gt them to re instate the names of the folks as the register is to be taken to lands for issuance of titles . ? Recall that the certificates that were issued were valid and i believe the company is legally bound by them regardless of whether an employee misbehaved while on duty he still was the representative of the company .sale agreements are also on hand . wht to do ...wht to do (my take: the vendors are just greedy saw, sme parcels not occupied then decided to re-sell...i dnt know , me thinks)
