We can conclude that the method of mass testing and patient management is the way to go. Waiting for symptoms to emerge so that quarantine can happen is called 'kusindikiza viral attack'. Washing hands without a mask and eye protection is scoring 30% or less. So,considering that there are no mass tests around localities, and the best precautions are about social distancing - a serious difficulty for most of us - can we say our optimism is well placed? On a serious note though let's give it our best as guided to keep it at bay.And for you great Wazuans to educate our people on the best ways to avoid and how to behave when caught up. Otherwise I am in agreement with @BigChick on spreading hope and not fear.
