it was a 50-50 chance right? it's the same as Me calling the winner of a match and then saying the winner will grow wings and fly! Just because I got the 1st thing right does not mean the second thing becomes less of B.S than it was before! it's only the weak minded that hold on to these types of things.

From the look of things, we should expect high level resignations from Trumps administration.
Bannon is already squeezing and edging the fair minded out - into the periphery!

Interesting times ahead!

Some job positions should be immune from personal political inclinations.

Kwanza when those guys get fed up and resign in haste, the more Trump and his team enjoy because they are given a leeway to fill the positions without firing!!!!!!

Doubt it. Civil servants are consummate pros at surviving blowhards...they will duck their heads down, lie low and watch.
I also estimate Trump has a year, may a year and a half of going full nutcase, bull-in-china-shop and then the midterm congressional elections will come up. He has to maintain majority in the houses and to do that, he has to move away from some of these directives that are making people boil over and build a semblance of consensus and rapprochement. If he doesn't, the angry Democrat voters that stayed away might come out in force and the Republic majority lost -after which a swift impeachment might follow (at the worst) or his policy bills will find no traction or the ones effected reversed.
All guesswork on my part of course. Meanwhile,....enjoy the show

You are FIRED!!! Nice move by Trump. No govt should accommodate moles/saboteurs in its ranks. Also civil servants are required to serve the government of the day, the govt that has been unanimously elected by the people, and if one is not ready, they should go home.

U.S. President Donald Trump fired top federal government lawyer Sally Yates on Monday after she took the extraordinarily rare step of defying the White House and refused to defend new travel restrictions targeting seven nations.

It was another dramatic twist in the unusually raucous roll-out of Trump's directive that put a 120-day hold on allowing refugees into the country, an indefinite ban on refugees from Syria and a 90-day bar on citizens from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.

Yates said late on Monday that the Justice Department would not defend the order against court challenges, saying that she did not believe it would be "consistent with this institution's solemn obligation to always seek justice and stand for what is right."

Hours later, she was fired. The White House said Yates "has betrayed the Department of Justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States" and portrayed her actions as political.
