Civil servants are consummate pros at surviving blowhards...they will duck their heads down, lie low and watch. I also estimate Trump has a year, may a year and a half of going full nutcase, bull-in-china-shop and then the midterm congressional elections will come up. He has to maintain majority in the houses and to do that, he has to move away from some of these directives that are making people boil over and build a semblance of consensus and rapprochement. If he doesn't, the angry Democrat voters that stayed away might come out in force and the Republic majority lost -after which a swift impeachment might follow (at the worst) or his policy bills will find no traction or the ones effected reversed. All guesswork on my part of course. Meanwhile,....enjoy the show
