Something went wrong with the management of KQ. Massive fraud perpetrated at all levels of the Company. The good thing is that MJ have already discovered what is ailing the Company.

There are underlying issues affecting people in KQ. It is not about culture. How long have you been told here that hundreds of engineers resigned long ago and yet the management does nothing at all to address the issue.

This Company is as good as dead. Who do you want to work like a donkey when the management is sitting pretty without addressing concerns raised? The best way to deal with the issues bedeviling KQ is through an industrial action. If it was not for the industrial action threat by KALPA, do you think Ngunze who is a moribund CEO could have opted to go?

But the bull's condition did not improve. It got worse. After a couple of months, as the former prize bull lay emaciated and dying in the pasture, the herdsman made a startling discovery. The bull was infested by parasites. The vet confirmed that indeed parasites had attacked all internal and external organs of the bull including the head, the gut, the feet and the skin. The infestation was too severe to be treated. If only it had been caught earlier! Despite his love for the Bull, Mzee Tipos made the decision to incinerate the bull to put it out of misery and save the rest of the herd from parasites. KQ is the prize bull that got attacked by all manner of parasites... management, staff, tenderprenuers. The company is dead. All prescriptions have failed. But some parasites still hang on even as the company is insolvent. The only logical approach to get rid of the parasites is to liquidate the company. Save taxpayers' money. Start a new airline with a competitive rather than self cannibalistic culture. Life is short. Live passionately.
