Oh really? So she woke up one day,with complete amnesia and started confabulating about her being a registered voter and even having voted in sijui where? Toa goggles.

Hapana.

Kethi is FULLY aware of the fact that she is lying.

To confabulate is to unconsciously replace one's factual gaps in memory with fiction.

2 types: Spontaneous due to pathological changes in the brain e.g. Alzheimer disease; or provoked where a normal person compensates for defects in memory by fleetingly filling in the gaps.

If she is confabulating, she needs a psychiatric evaluation before she can be allowed to vie - to prove she is not of "unsound mind".

They are exposing their underbelly. Expired passport is used to register and clear a candidate in another area, but when it comes to Kethi it becomes a dispute. Double standards?

This is exactly how CORD lost the petition - they brought about very many things, they were very persuasive and very intriguing BUT NOT ON THE SUBJECT MATTER! they talked about procurement, they talked about RTS. they missed the point completely.

In this case the question is "DID KETHI KILONZO REGISTER TO VOTE?"

@masukuma,stop being like this hahahhaha people need hope na wewe you come with other ways of thinking!!!!!!!

Remember Supreme Court Judge Smokin Wanjala set the PARAMETERS of the petition. the question then was "DID THE 1ST AND 2ND RESPONDENTS MAKE AN ERROR IN ANNOUNCING THE 3RD AND 4TH RESPONDENTS AS WINNERS OF THE LAST ELECTION" in this case "DID KETHI REGISTER TO VOTE?"

Was Kibaki registered in 2011 too? IEBC is one crappy (dis)organization.

Yes, he was. He was first registered voter, prior to the full voting exercise commencing some months later. This is already confirmed on an earlier post, with videolink included.

Boss, registration was done in December 2012. Kibaki's slip was supposedly issued in 2011. What do you mean by prior to the full voting exercise commencing some months later?

FACTS: President Kibaki registered as a voter on 19 November 2012 at the KICC.

Quote:
Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki (R) registers as a voter before launching the nationwide, one-month biometric voter registration (BVR) exercise in the capital Nairobi, November 19, 2012, targeting over 18 million voters ahead of the March 4 General Election.

Thank you pesa nane. The acknowledgement slip given to Kibaki was presumably issued on 2011. FYI,an acknowledgement slip can indicate when it was issued. The one given to Kibaki was presumably issued in 2011.

again - this guy did not read what I wrote.... SOMA UELEWE! ujijibu swali lako!

Fot the umpteenth time, follow instructions. I asked for a yes/no. My question is simple: was the acknowledgement slip presented to the former president (Kibaki) presumably issued in 2011. Yes/No.?

I am not interested who is mucked or not. Kenyans are losers either way. Keep to facts.

Kethi's Slip shows her registration number as 00017331112141125 which is deciphered as thus:
0001=BVR registration kit
733=Registration Area=St. Marys Primary Sch.
11=Year=2011
12=Month=December
14=Date=14th
1125=Time=11.25 AM

President Kibaki Registered on 19 November 2012 and his slip suggests so. His Acknowledgement slip number is 0107481211191051-4 which has been verified as issued in 2012 to one Mwai Kibaki ID number 0000002 of Munaine village.

President Kibaki's acknowledgement slip was drawn from a booklet that is missing 4 acknowlegement slips , one of which has been presented by Kethi for registration. The missing slips are number:
0002058624
0002058625
0002058648 and
0002058649

Those are called facts.

The question is no longer whether she is a registered voter or not. She is in deed a registered voter. The question is now whether her registration is valid or not!!!!

the Slip has two numbers
1. the electors number - that is written on top. this is from the BVR machine and contains all information about the Polling station and the date/time plus a check digit. On Kibaki's case - this will have November 2012

2. a serial number - this has been printed on the slip by the manufacturer. this is the think that links Kethi's slip and Kibaki
