Williamson does not deserve a salary of Ksh 2.5m per month. It seems the Kenya government is always eager to pay people 3 or 4 times what they would make elsewhere.
And as others have pointed out, paying a coach a high salary will not raise the standards or Kenya football. That money is better spent at grassroots and youth level.
Throwing all the money at senior level is like trying to teach a pupil fractions yet he does not know basic addition and subtraction.
To be a good in sports, we have to invest in proper youth development in drilling our youth and instilling the appropriate technical skills
