this will be nice to watch, I think in an acting capacity the deputy is bared from some functions, things to do with county laws, hiring and firing and also the issue of budget and release of funds - unless the mca's impeach him if his case goes into the next financial year it will be interesting to see what happens, I remember nyeri had functional issues when the governor was out sick for a long time

Dr. Nyoro puts it that if you voted him in 2013, you made a great choice. If you voted him in 2017, you made the wrong choice. Interesting because its 2017 that got him into office, but this waeat2 with his embakasi mafia are wiping Kiambu coffers empty.
