...WITH THE COMING OF OUR NEW REPUBLIC, DO WE STILL NEED THIS KIND OF FLIP-FLOP FOR A PREZZY?

Ngilu has a very good track record of corruption.

Ngilu, as Minister for Health, is the one who got her daughter's NGO to organise a govt-sponsored AIDS conference in 2003 - questions were raised about how the money for the conference was spent. See:

http://allafrica.com/stories/200403150121.html

She then appointed her friend as the Director of KNH - Dr Florence Musau - Musau was hounded out of office for corruption around 2005 but in 2009 Ngilu appointed her a director of the National Water Conservation and Pipeline Corporation. See:

...NOW, THIS IS WHAT WE CALL IMPUNITY!!! ANYONE, ANYONE, WHOEVER IT IS, THAT CAUSED THE SPILLING ON INNOCENT BLOOD IN THE PEV WILL DEFINITELY PAY FOR IT...WHETHER BY PLANE CRASHES, CAR ACCIDENTS, BULLETS FROM DEJECTED COPS, BULLETS FROM MUNGIKS, KACC & THE COURTS, CENSOR BY PARLIAMENT, BLOOD CLOTS FROM HEAD INJURIES, MAKABURI THEFT, ROCKS FALLING FROM THE BLUE SKY OR EVEN OCAMPO..... MUNGU SI ADHUMANI!!!

we invoke wraths upon ourselves then brash them off as mere happenings...
or you think there is a side without blood on its hands.. including you and me...?

i suppose you were in church interceeding when PEV's were happening

RAO is better off not commenting in everything/anything at hand, Bifwoli once put it to him crudely. Actually his permanent travels has helped him avoid getting entangled in issues all the time. Imagine if he were around when the ligale thing was happening-his office would have published the gazette, himself! -- ok just kidding.

By the way what is the wisdom of in not having a deputy for the AG?. Even in the new constitution, I dont think the AG has a deputy.

What I have read so far are just some small contracts from the water companies for ngilu's relatives - or have i missed it?.
To me I think it is just possible for relatives to do many small things using your name without you knowing. OK, even this does not absolve one.

But What Iam saying is: are the relatives linked to the dam construction construction contracts - the hundreds of millions?

....what is small to you? 2 million,10,30 50???
..common,corruption is corruption.it does not matter on the amount.even the cop who receives 50 bob delivers the trophy for the corruption index.
......its amazing how people will come to charities defense because of their ethnic affiliation or political alignment.
....when will we grow out of this ??
...even a nursery school kid can clearly see the mess.this is impunity !
...we have to slay the dragon while the momentum is there.
..Some in this forum are choosing to wear their kid gloves when it comes to "one of their own"

...YES, YOU HAVE MISSED SOMETHING VERY SERIOUS!!! FILES OF ALL THE MAJOR CONTRACTORS (KSH BILLIONS) MENTIONED IN THE SCANDLE HAVE DISAPPEARED AND WEBSITES CLOSED!!! THERE IS FEAR THE NAMES OF OWNERS/DIRECTORS ARE BEING AMENDED...

"...But the Sunday Nation failed to trace records of some of the companies that have been adversely mentioned in the Water ministry tenders.

They include G.L. Williams, Nthenca Enterprises, Surf Ways and Afri Trade Enterprises. Absence of the companies’ records could point to the fact that their documentation had been tempered with and files lost".

eerrr...so according to ngilurology, if she sinks 200 government sanctioned boreholes in her 1/4 acre backyard (hey, this is kenya. anything is possible if you believe) there is no problem as long as she was dying of thirst hata kama there are millions of other kenyans in other parts of the country that have no access to maji siyo?

This scandal has taught us one very important aspect of life: SHARING!!!! Had Ngilu shared the opportunities with her ASS., I mean ASS MIN, she could in all likelihood be basking in glory with everyone happy n on her side. She chose to be selfish, in fact I suspect her deep rooted hatred for qyuks guided her to self destruction. The ignomy that has befallen this tribal, nepote, selfish sister of ours should be complemented with total oblivion.......we should be talking of "down memory lane with...." Ngilu, tamaa iliua fisi! NB, this post is biased coz Im no fan of the said lady n got no apologies whatsoever. Serves her right.

Ngilu should resign to save ODM and Raila's image. The latest evidence is too incriminating. If I was Raila, I would ask her to 'step aside' to allow 4 'investigations'.If she faced a motion in parliament and the orange defended her, they would lose the little credibility remaining

@ Kadonye,i think someone should move a motion of no confidence, then lets see what happens. We will know if we are fighting any corruption ,nepotism etc or it is just lip service.
