With the ground breaking of the famous ICT city by Kibaki this week, i want to buy land in this area. Anyone with info on the situation on the ground?

There is enough land available. Konza ranch was subdivided last year the price might be the problem so try your luck. Then remember the buffer suggested by the government 2km Green belt 8km controlled building before you get caught up in the current mess of shanties coming up around the fence. on a lighter note just buy and hope that yours will not be marked as a cemetery, sewer plant, road extension or whatever else they will think of smile
