Allow me to provide context.
On 26th evening, rumours started flying in Ndunyu, waithaka, kabiria and riruta areas that there was a gang going round in kawangware and cutting of the fingers of anyone who had voted. By yesterday morning, it was being alleged that all businesses owned by perceived jubilee supporters had been burnt down.
THEY WERE ALL LIES. NONE OF THE ABOVE HAD HAPPENED.
As expected, yesterday a group of young men from waithaka and kikuyu went to kawangware on a purpoted revenge mission. Its a mystery who had mobilized them.
The truth is the group from waithaka never went beyond Naivasha road. And no they were not Mungiki. Just some idle youths mobilized by some politicians.
Twitter was ablaze with claims of a massacre going on in Kawangware. 99.9% of it were pure lies. Including the purported meetings of the gang under Simba arati. Red-cross and KNCHR contacted most of the guys who were posting on twitter reporting an ongoing massacre. They were all going offline after being asked for evidence.
And now to read the same lies here on wazua. Of a warmonger leading a gang that does not exist except on twitter. Of a massacre that only happened on social media.

NTV showed what happen clearly last night and even interviewed people whose properties had been burned down in Kawangware. Prior to 8/8 @FROM was here with points that I almost agreed with,then he went to Nyeri and adducted a polling station for Kony,at yhe end he came here and conceded defeat.He was quite happy with the conduct of the elections and agreed they lost fair and square.We congratulatef him for that and send him to tell Kony to do the same.He had fought a good fight....
