Previously on this thread, guys said the IEBC ran a shambolic election. How many results have been nullified because of the 'shambolic' exercise bar the Wajir governor and his fake degree...? NASA zones have seen more cases, did they plot to mess elections in their backyards and get the courts to nullify the presidential elections? Look at Babu Owino and his constituency.
ION what I saw is Maraga and his crew throwing the baby out with the bath water. The water the baby was showering in is dirty, the kid is dirty too. Two or three potatoes in a sack full of potatoes led the whole sack of potatoes to get thrown out. This needed to have been revisited way before he continued to grant NASArites freedom to do what they want to do, then coming in and making noise when govt doesn't follow orders (which were actually obeyed to the full stop).

parliament can't remove any judge...and this explains the bravado..but if parliament could pass vote of no confidence, that will be symbolic and the affected will have to do àlot of soul searching and coyld even exit

We have and must revisit this partisan Judiciary! I just can't forget Mwilu reading orengo's 'judgement' as her own!
