Just a question,is it humanely possible to run a perfect election?

Suppose those errors occur again do we keep voting again and again?

Our election was perfect. The November one may be worse and have more mistakes particularly because the "perfect" CJ and 3 judges have painted this team incompetent, and they may resign or be forced to step down and the election is held under a novice IEBC, it's a mess! Purely political judgement let the politicians deal with the fallout.

the supreme court has boxed itself into a corner. a perfect election is utopia worldwide and the next one will have more issues than this one. six of the seven judges will reject the next petition thus contradicting themselves lakini maraga being very religious and dogmatic atashikilia hapo tu.

Very sad, am sure parliament will amend the law to ensure no Chief Justice can do what magara and team ever did again in taking politics into their hands. Am sure the powers of supreme court in election matters will be the first order of business in parliament and their nonsense attitude of power trimmed properly! 100% take that to the bank!

Its painful that my queuing for 5 hours was of no effect. This time round, i will be at the polling station at 6.00am, and remind the court that I am the people.

Njoki ndung'u dissenting reasons were very apt but unfortunately will be taken tribally. The petitioner main case was about election transmission but no one claimed that results announced at polling station were different from the ones used to arrive at the final tally.
In this election, the will of the people was evident but the judges took a politically correct judgement.

This is bad and I have a feeling we all do not know just how bad yet. 60 more days of a very negative campaign period cannot possibly make anything better.

Who would want to work in this IEBC now? What would happen if there are mass resignations amongst IEBC staff?

Training new secretariats to run fresh elections within 60 days? Expect bigger errors this time round.
