I have always believed that the precent constitution is OK. Just a few ammendments are needed to include such things as dual citizenship etc!. Even if the damn thing is changed to suit everyone's view,without proper enforcement it will be useless.

Corruption and impunity will not go away because of the new constitution. At the moment its already illegal but it continues un-abated. This is the root cause of all the problems that ordinaly kenyan faces.
