Simple question, would it be ok with you if kaleos want to kick out all immigrants and shut their imaginary doors to make kaleo land great again? Because that's immigration in a small scale. Also refugees and immigrants are not really the same thing. One is driven out of their home by brute force while the other makes a conscious decision to move to "greener pastures". By the way who is Kenyan enough to you? They are all the same Immigrants are economic refugees who are driven out of their home by brute economic forces When a war erupts and you and your family have to run away from your country to save your lives you cannot compare yourselves with people who despite relative peace want to change the quality of their lives by immigrating. By the way not all immigrants are middle eastern or african for that matter. An individual heading to the US from the UK as a result of a better paying job and decides to apply for citizenship is an immigrant and you definitely cant refer him as an economic refugee. Kratos,However you want to look at it an American coming to work in Kenya due to lack of jobs in US is an economic refugee,KIash is an economic refugee. They are all running from the tough economic times in their country for a better life someone just like those refugees who are in dadaab If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

They are defined and protected in international law, and must not be expelled or returned to situations where their life and freedom are at risk" lets not make up stuff like the resident prof. So according to your statement Michael Joseph (former Safcom CEO)who immigrated to Kenya and thus an Immigrant is also a refugee and can register with UNHCR? On the same breath wealthy Kenyans who have immigrated to the UK are also economic refugees, really? Immigrants are not defined by one criteria only like you want to put it. “People will believe a big lie sooner than a little one, and if you repeat it frequently enough, people will sooner or later believe it.” ― Walter C. My take , The way things are going, these refugees will have to stay in their war torn countries. I think some people are kind of fed up. So yesterday went UK , ask them the main reason is because of refugees( look at the Polish) More than a month ago, we witnessed the almost takeover of the Austrian gava by the extreme right. It was saved by the Austrian diaspora who voted for the ecology guy. This might be because they do not have the touch on what goes on back home. Last week in Italy, a new mayor was elected, look at her party. Look at Mateo Renzi. Tomorrow , elections in Spain, look at the kaguy up in the opinion poll (Iglesias) look at his party. The US might very probably vote in Trump Eu residents are becoming fed up dealing with problems brought from elsewhere. Especially now that terrorism has come home.

yeah... the thing is that everyone is a migrant or an offspring of a migrant! that's the firm truth. just because you cannot remember it does not mean that you are 'native'. England like the US is a bunch of older immigrants hating newer immigrants. Even f*cking japan as we know is is a bunch of immigrants - the only question is always.. how far back did you immigrate to this place. Granted that right now immigration is on steroids due to technology and information flow but immigration is as old as humans. the future of human beings is that we will in a couple of hundred years look like brazilians - tupende tusipende. So long as USA, UK, EU and Russia continue to bomb the middle east, they must continue to take in refugees. Every action has a consequence! Mark 12:29 Deuteronomy 4:16

Masukuma I think what I realised is most people who talk panganga hapa about people staying in their countries have never been immigrant and the far they have ever gone is west Africa . So they don't know what it feels to be an economic, political, war refugee or just immigrant.Tell that to ngugi wa Thiong'o or former CJ MUTUNGA . They have always been well off here in kenya and belong to the correct political class. They just don't understand what going to a foreign country is if not only trying to learn their language like french .
