Too much wastage. ..corruption. ...and fraud by all three arms of the government.
Even Supreme court judges do not want to retire. ..They need to go.

If as a president you give directives to spend tax money on socialist type expenses e.g nys, laptops, putting electricity in grass thatched huts, paying school and exam fee for everybody including those who can afford, paying maternity fee for everybody including those who can afford, dishing money to youths in guise of uwezo when there's no guarantee they will pay back, etc, then you gotta tell us where you'll get money to pay salaries and debts

I vividly remember in 2013 when @Ruto stood up frothing in the mouth and emphatically saying and repeating that the upcoming Jubilee gaaament will give youths and wamama GRANTS and not LOANS...yaani the yut-man would be given cash to start a bizna and he will only be required to pay the principal at the time of his liking when he is ready to do so.
HOW DUMB!!!!!!!!!!

I have lost count on the number of times Uhuru has uttered the words "I direct...bla bla bla" and nothing happens after that. Ranging from returning guns, to junior corrupt officers in his office, to weigh bridge issues and as late as yesterday to KRA officials. Tragedy is nothing much happens after that. As in nobody takes him seriously. That is a great tragedy for a country.

Now he is even unable to make a decision on his own Cabinet Secretaries; whether to return them or not. Seriously?

He must wake up and take charge.

Everybody is asleep. And the few who are not asleep are very much awake, looting. Sad Sad But what do you expect when they don't fear the boss; or when they are sure the boss can do nothing!!!

@ TAZ, they are all partners in crime so they won't do much. Indeed many want to become governors in 2017 so they wouldn't want change of status quo. But baks knew the kind of mess counties were going to bring that's why he set the percentage at 15. I've always wondered why uhuru pushed the percentage to 40 so abruptly.. even to the point of begging governors to pardon him for not giving more...

What Putin did requires balls.

In our case Itumbi will issue another hashtag and life goes on. After all, Raila caused it. Whatever it is.
