Referendum – the ambiguity of 1M signatures

So who will the signatures be presented to?? IEBC of course ama munataka Aliar apelekee nani? Ban Ki Moon? Afanye elections wapi? Si mulisema 'Katiba YES!' IEBC ndio mortician na corpse at the same time??

Aliar will not have locus standi if he tries to turn the table on the IEBC. It's only Parliament -> President -> Tribunal process that can chase away the IEBC. alternatively the IEBC can enmass resign bila ya hiyo... all those things you are hearing about the UN from CORD are supposed to be added to alfu lela ulela All Mushrooms are edible!
