Why arrest the old man. He is already leading a miserable life in the outside. We all know how he was tortured during moi era and he lives with the effects even today.
The irreversible damages he suffered means for the last 30 years the old man has lived a non fulfilling life which is worse than a jail term. This explains his constant quest for revenge.
I am only sad because he is trying to drag the whole country inside his miserable life.

@mpobiz

Slow down on the rhetoric. We are already moving in the wrong direction as a country, there is no need to accelerate!

Thank you! We need people helping us do a V-turn not tipping us over the cliff! We all blamed Moi in 2002, he is not the problem now. Now it is baba.... can we look at real issues and stop looking at individuals. I am tired of blames blames blames! I may not be his supporter but Raila cant surely be the sole problem of Kenya! He may have his own issues, but he cant be omnipresent in all problems we are facing. We have to start looking for solutions. Kwani how big is Raila to bring all these problems in Kenya? He is controlling the al-shabab, telling the police not to be prepared for an attack like that and hence not respond, even stealing Ole lenku mind and reasoning on how to put effective structures in his docket!

@xsk how am i accelerating stuff. I am only stating that thers no need to arrest the old man because he has to deal wuth his own personal issues.
@wends yes he is just an individual but he is abusing the respect the youth are giving him as a senior citizen to disrupt their daily lives.
Yes he is an individual but it seems you have forgoten how many people had to die (on either side) for him to be in goverment after 2007.
Oasama was an individual but he managed to bring down the twin towers. No goverment is immune or prepared when such individuals run amok so spare our ole lenku from your ridicule .

My apologies... After listening to news last night, if what i heard is actually true, then i have withdrawn my comment until the investigations are finalised. Probably, it is only then that one can make an informed comment.
