I apologise and take it back. But, for the record, below the definition from Oxford Dictionary:

A person who seeks to impose their views on others in a very autocratic or inflexible way:

Hope he is getting sound advice..

But with deploying GSU in 'CORD' areas... he may just have received the worst advice ever... like Arresting RAO
