When should the group stage prediction deadline be? Tonight?

It would not be fair for some to predict after some games have been played.

We can make an exception for the first game.


To minimize the number of posts, will update the tables after the agreed deadline time has passed.

Are we allowed to change predictions after the first round of matches? Well, two, if you consider the Brazil vs Mexico tie yesterday? If so I change my predictions as follows:

Group A:
Brazil
Mexico

Group B:
Netherlands
Spain

Group C:
Ivory Coast
Colombia

Group D:
Italy
Whoever wins the tie between Uruguay and England - I'll go for Uruguay with Suarez

Group E:
France
Switzerland

Group F:
Argentina
Bosnia

Group G:
Germany
USA

Group H:
Belgium
Russia

If I can't change from my original prediction then liwe liwalo...we'll bite the bullet and see what transpires.

The first results are out. In Group B, Netherlands and Chile have made it past the group stage. Instead of updating the tables after every result comes out, will update the tables once at the end of each stage.

The last group stage match will be played on the 26th, which is Thur next week, so it will be about then that the table will come out.

The deadline for the round of 16 predictions is at the kickoff of the first round of 16 game, which is on the 28th.
