I'm very edgy with the paramilitary training! Probably better than what our cops get, and yes, that can pose a serious threat to peace and security! I hope the Govt is listening, and should overhaul the whole strategy. The paramilitary aspect should be completely removed, and they make it into a purely academic model.

The idea of vocational training of the youths is very noble, by arming them with productive skills (poly technique type). Militarizing them is creating something worse than Gaza boys. We all know how these barely 20yr old untrained youths have been visiting terror and havoc to nairobians and surroundings....sembuse hawa? The syllabus should be changed completely to purely academic and life skills.
