@All,this analysis is great,please let us be posting them here. Most SKerians have mortgages,or planning to get one. We even have real estate developers here. For the banks this properties are collateral for the loans,they will be interested in their market prices.........

@Marty,you currently have around 20 plots. why not post them here,you might get a buyer?

@all,

I got 9 plots in kitengela (0.125acres) opp yukos @ 500k,2 quarter acres @1M.
16 plots (0.125acres) along MSA rd just before Machakos turn off @ 290k.
0.125 acre opposite EPZ for 650k,quarter acre opp EPZ 1.3M. Quarter acre in Thika,Kiganjo,near Makongeni in a shopping centre 650k and 10 plots in ruiru 1km from Thika rd,100m from by pass @ 370k.

@Marty - How many meters/kms from the road are the ones opposite yukos?

Is the Housing market so low or what?
Id assume on such a forum you would see people advertising sale of properties/real estate. Im not seeing anyone selling houses here only plots.
