The problem with govt. is the systems as someone correctly put it. The system was concieved by theives so they can have their way. Stealing in govt is most tempting even for ppl that are high up there in morality. Most dont even know when stealing in terms of allowances and seatings in meetings they dont even attend or transform anything. I call it 'the devils carrot' because when he dangles it most fall and they either die young or horribly and have misserable lives. Just observe them after retirement or when the lose these jobs.
