Guys should forget about public appointments and all and focus on machinani.. what is good for them at the grassroots.
Asians dont have anybody in government, yet they are the wealthiest of all the ethnic blocks.
Kenyattas 17 years, Moi's 24 and Kibaki's 10 haven't made Utopia out of their areas of origin. neither has the Odinga's family agitations for the last 60 years.
Hail to small government and big private sector... ;-)

Hail to small government and big private sector... ;-) Even the Kabarnet, MOgotio roads, off Nakuru through Kabarak was bonoko fake. It crumbled within few months of traffic diversion during the great Naks-Eldy direct route closure! You think you are lying to others, kumbe you're lying to yourself. The last laugh will be for them greedy

Who cares who the PORK appoints as this and that? They will not pay my VAT nor my rent. They will not save for me nor pay off my loan. I hardly notice these appointments coz I am too busy trying to keep as much of my money in my pocket. Kinyua,Kamau,Mwangi,Otieno,Kithis,Kipthat of even Shah appointed will not operate from my house. WHO DARES WINS

He should have at least some guys in their 30’s irrespective of the region they come from.. There is something about age, qualification and experience. See what Ole has done. All in all I also wish to see a balanced face of Kenya where possible. Is it possible to know the shortlisted persons for those positions and their qualifications? Altering of the names have been the order of the day!!!! Lets get them from the first list to the altered ones upto the last and how they zeroed in on the appointed ones. Sometimes we ropokwa here without facts. Above all this are political appointments so you work with those you are politically connected and from the last elections, choices are limited. Ole for me is the example for incompitence all in the name of regional balancing. Ofcourse CORD strongholds should forget as they are likely saboteurs so cannot be entrusted. DO you still need need facts on the TSC appointees? I don't think Jubilee strongholds are onliin Riftvalley and Mt. Kenya Regions. Can't they appoint from some other strongholds or battlegrounds like KIsii, Kuria, Coast, Turkana and the likes!!

Thats where you go wrong this are the same guys who ensure VAT goes up which in turn makes inflation rise, hitting you hard on the loan you have taken coz of the effect on interest rates...they are there to make your life miserable and its working perfectly well.... possunt quia posse videntur

The day it will bite you is the day you will care. Right now line your pockets with the shillings.

Hail to small government and big private sector... ;-) @poundfoolish. Just be a pound, not a foolish one. I have a matter pending in some gov't office for close to three months now. The other relevant office in foreign lands has done its part,my country's office has been sitting on the matter all becoz "i'm not one" with the office bearer. Yet another company "that is one" with the officer, has duly been assisted. As we hail to small gov't and big private sector [the private i'm building and my gov't frustrating me], we need balance in public appointments. About Asians, they are not Africans, any light-skinned fellow makes it in black Africa. Always getting special treatment.
