You see boy, everything is being considered on its own merit not globally... Kibaki's case was unique at the time it happened and as such there was no need of comparisons with the past... From the tone of your post it is obvious that you are one hell of a selfish man who cares nothing about anyone else but yourself...Suppose it was your old man?? Would the response have been the same?? Most likely yes!!! *...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...*

Judge Anthony Ombwayo (formerly Senior Principal Litigation State Counsel) was correct to decline the invitation to accept evidence de-bene-ese from Kibaki coz the grounds in law for such weren't raised. It can't be the only grounds for Baks to give evidence even before the Plaintiff has opened his case and that he's the former president and he is old!
