This is equivalent to fueling helicopters I would rather he uses the helicopters other than claim money equivalent to 250 ltrs.

Guys know where my political stand is and how critical i have been on misuse, but this is what we call daylight lies.......even if the car is on full day with AC on, there is no way one can spend that kind of fuel in a day, leave the busybodies alone they should come with facts.....unless if they do the way guys are doing at the southern bypass who ever saw the news ya malori ya mshinhua kukamuliwa of which then its not the governor but kanda cia moko (handlers)

Its possible to "consume" 250 litres of gas per day if the car will stop near a bush and some @Rangumets will siphone the fuel out!
