ICC does not operate in vacuum. There is no way the top two leaders of a free, independent state should be made to sit in a foreign court answering to trumped up charges. The primary duty is to the people of the nation. Everything else is secondary.

Unless this is a Kangaroo court meant to humiliate African countries, why should the trial dates of the president and the DP coincide? This is creating a recipe for instability. Watu wafungue macho.

We are Africans and Africa is our business.

what if both are jailed? How will the jail terms be scheduled to avoid instability?

The president cannot be prosecuted while in office. That is Katiba ya Kenya. And the Katiba is superior to this Hague business. In short, the president has no business in Hague.

The katiba bars criminal proceedings against president in article 143. But part 4 of that article 143 waives all that immunity if it relates to charges brought under a treaty which Kenya is party to. Seemms CoE had foreseen this.

We need to watch the ICC with a hawk's eye. If we verify the seemingly sabotage acts, our leaders should abscond, n go the Sudan way. The real criminals are still roaming free pissing on our heads.

I would be very eager to see the mzungu stop pissing so that rain ceases, and the heavens come tumbling on our heads. He would then stop the farts so that kenyans die of hypoxia for lack of oxygen. Its almost time we took the ultimate plunge. ....show the white man the middle finger once n for all. Kenyans made their choices, Im more than ready for the "end of the world" consequences!
