Maybe we should have empowered the offices of controller of budget, comptroller and audit, PPOA huko mashinani before this devilution thingy.
Heck Raia should be seeking more funding for Mwalimu Matu and the Mars group to protect our taxes

office of controller of budget is still waiting for mps to pass legislation to make it fully effective even over county budgets.

There can only be one "winner" of worst gavana.The gavana of Nyandarua county....I am actually struggling to remember his name....bure kabisa!Sad Sad

Nyandarua county is very laid back hardly in the news compared to its cousins nyeri kiambu muranga and kirinyanga .He knows no one will make noise about his perfomance

You sure?......He better ask Kimunya!...actually,the entire team Nyandarua is MIA,the DG,Waithaka Mwangi is nowhere as is the once colourful and current senator,Muriuki Karue.I am SAD!Sad
