Let us just say this, no govt employee has been paid as is usual with JULY. Now add Taxation complications, Devolution complications but we still want to blame Uhunye. In some years guys are paid past 5th August. Wakenya tuko na panganga mob sana.

Get the gist of the post right, it has nothing to do with late payment.....but change in salary figures of the men in uniform.
