I believe the worst thing about Jubilee govt is that the expectations on it are very low. They were elected as a result of ethnic supremacy battles, hot air politics of vijana vs wazee, money factor, Railaphobia, Luophobia and the biggest reason-ICC.

The last time there was a regime change(NARC,2002) there was great expectation on what was to happen. But such expectations lead to disappointments. By late 2003, discontenetment was very high.

This is the good thing about Jubilee. Kenyans voted for them not because of waht they could do but for smaller olitical reasons like those enumerated above. Thus there won't be disappouintment.Expect a reelection unless Kenya deteriorates to atrue failed state.

Anyway my scores:

Intragovt cohesion-9 (who wants Kibaki-Raila confusion agein)

Politico mgt-8-Did u see how they invited RAO to state hse? HOw the coalition is still united despite many thinking they will be fighting?

Populism-8 -I am anti-populism, but I realised majority of us love these ever present, directive giving leaders smiling and shaking hands with wananchi etc

Economy-too early

Foreign affairs-ICC, Obama, Chinedu 5

Appointments-7....I exected them to step away from tribal appointments but they didn"t. Halafu Kazungu Kambi! make it 6.5!!

HUMOR: 6- we miss kefake!!

Hiyo ingine nitaweka baadaye

Disclaimer- I was a very serious Kefake supporter and my ratings may have been clouded by hangovers from his reign

Laughing out loudly smile Applause d'oh! Sad Drool Liar Shame on you Pray

These 100 days have shown us two things:
1. Jubilee bit off more than they could chew, all talk no action;
2. Thank God RAO isn't President, coz you can imagine how badly things would be running given how he managed CORD so far!
Business opportunities are like buses, there's always another one coming

Very true.My problem with the Jubilee team is that they are a bunch of Softies....although i have liked their studious patience and silence in the face of frivolous accusations from certain quarters.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

JUBILEE government has managed to do A LOT
after 100 days.
1. Governors are driving huge fuel guzzlers.
2. VAT on basic commodities.
3. Dennis Itumbi has transformed from a mere
hustler, a professional hacker, propagandist,
TNA's strategist to a senior government
consultant.
5. K24 has improved a lot.
6.MPs salaries increased while Teachers continue
to strike.
7. Uhuru has been atending Rugby games- A
major achievement that is.
8. Ruto Crying often.
9. Denying Raila use of VIP lounges at JKIA
10. County commisioners with the help of
central govt showing governors who are the
REAL Bosses.
11. Using millions to Refurbish State house and
Deputy VP's residence.
12. Uhuru and Ruto visiting China, Russia, and
Britain more times than they have visited IDP's
camps.
13. Youth Empowerment- VAT on beer has been
reduced.
