Because it has nothing in comon with the other companies! If it has anything in common with the rest in your list,then you can as well include ALL listed companies.

We did but not 100% of course. Some of us also set exams. That's why i think your question needs to be modified to have unambiguous answer.

earnings are highly volatile year after year and once you invest in any one of them,you have to make friends with your bishop because you'll need lots of prayers. If not,you've to make friends with your personal physician.
