Nope, whoever they will name simply has to be in the list submitted by 18th, in essence it's obvious that by friday they will have settled on their RMs!!!

Nope, this is just being party members. the parties and coalitions still have upto the day of presenting nomination papers to IEBC at KICC to name their running mates!
