@richdad. And you r basing the above on what precedent?

KTN on 2007/08 and what happened after. Why not just report. Simple. Why give openly biased news?

KTN was run down and ruined by one Baul Merry, this you can take to any bank. Dont blame siasa on it.
Shame on you

I found citizen,s coverage of the 2 rallies a vain attempt in attaining fairness. The Afraha rally was a landmark rally. The Tononoka rally was just another ODM rally. In their attempt to appear fair, they ended up being unfair.

What is the importance of these rallies apart from being told they were held? I think we need to wean ourselves from this obsession of idolizing politicians.

True and very true.

If someone wants to see URTNA speaking about their like minded on TV let that person head to the live rally; if he/she comes upcountry book a lodging room in a nearby township to spend.

@murchr, Obsession with idolizing politicians? Why is this thread here if we were not discussing politics and politicians? How did you know that nothing important was said in the 2 rallies if you didnt watch? You missed my point by a million miles.

Perhaps the TNA team had carried EXTRA attire to give out, and URP did not, did that occur to you?? They are organised like that if you have not yet noticed, young smart professionals unlike some "procunsals" running another party over there.

@richdad. And you r basing the above on what precedent?

there is precedence in 2 cases: Royal Media in the 05 referendum and KTN-Standard post standard raid of 06. They survived but dented their image.
