I am from Central and haven't forgotten who Uhuru was during the last years of President Moi. A Company he is associated with was even once mention when some machinery was taken from Kiganjo KICC factory in Nyeri. When KICC could not serve farmers, his company was buying milk from farmers in central at a throw away price. His company only increased the price to farmers when Kibaki government revived KICC and farmers opted to deliver to KICC. We know Ruto with all the scandals where his name has been mentioned. If we we have a good memory, we haven't forgotten Raila on TV during the post election violence, he would rather have had the country stop and be President. Miguna has told us what we may not have known. If we were not voting on tribal lines, these guys would get zero votes. I am praying hard that to start with Uhuru and Ruto be stopped by the courts from running. If any of the three is a Presidential candidate or a running mate in any formation, I would never vote for them.

Its very unfortunate that uhuruto and oar seem to be the main contenders. They are all ruthless businessmen, money & power hungry junkies who are only interested in adding to their already excessively bulging pockets!!!!

Not to forget allegations of mungiki extortionist money used to line kamwana's pockets those days. I can't forget that. Honestly speaking, this guy started serving the nation a few years ago after the PEV. Too dirty to be trusted. Apparently, Hon.WSR called from Nakuru expressing his dissatisfaction with which TNA went ahead to announce without consultation!!! TNA might have been strategic to go ahead and announce so as to gauge how the news will be received in Kenya, and specifically in Rift valley...now they know. What next?

But they are not the only candidates. Just don't waste your vote. You must vote!

Sorry to say but I do not expect any active or inactive wazuan to support either of the three, Raila, Uhuru and Ruto. There is overwhelming evidence for all to see that these are not worth candidates and we will be heading to worse status than now if any of the three is elected. I expect Wazua to have a following of people who do not forget as fast and with good analytical skills to know the good and the bad.

I will talk to all my relatives and friends in town, slums and in mashabani and help reduce the votes that were to be cast for these pretenders and direct them to more serious contenders.

The guys agreed to get married but the wife thought she has the same rights as the husband (you have heard talk of equal partners) but the fellow, who is the husband designate (though not formally declared) rushed to declare he has a wife. The hope was that they would stand shoulder to shoulder to declare that they are now married and that they are both husbands!! Assuming they win, the post marriage life we will be quite rocky, I think. I see someone someone complaining quite bitterly of betrayal once the Alpha male is in power, a la ODM and the infamous MOU! Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...

This is where the rain will start to beat!!! It would be very surprising if the TNA group kept their promise in this marriage (WSR will be told to seek redress in court, and you know who will have employed the lawyers) I just pray that even if this marriage of convenience is broken, peace is maintained in RV...The husband in this marriage has left a trail of broken hearts (e.g. Keraitoo too willing) before settling on the suitable candidate...

There are those fringe candidates who may never make it but are running on policies and integrity - at least as much integrity as you can get in Kenya. A vote for any of these people would actually be a well used vote despite the fact that it would not land them into the presidency. But it would encourage them and others such as them in future to vie and if with time tribalism stops being a factor in elections (tall order that but still) then who knows? He who can express in words the ardour of his love, has but little love to express. - Petrach, Son. (That men by various ways arrive at the same end. - Montaigne, The Essays of.)
