3. We always encourage our potential clients to undertake a search on the land we are selling. Reason being we have no thing to hide. The loan is there and is being serviced accordingly. Kindly get the amounts right as you post.
Correction got the figures mixed up with another parcel. The correct figure stands at K-rep bank ksh.200,000,000 and Shaba Investments ksh.569,000,000.

Thank you sceptic for the clearance. It is with the right info that proper decisions are made. This Saturday, we will be taking potential clients to the site. It is an opportunity for all interested purchasers to get to know about the project well, and a forum whereby you can ask all your questions and have them appropriately answered. Kindly call 0722269577 to book your spot, if interested.

.....and also 1)When is balotting for the members who have completed all payments but have not ballotted yet going to do so.. 2) When is the members who balloted 4 - 5 months ago going to be shown their plots on the ground. @Buffalo hills has not answered these questions appropriately for the last 3 weeks, as far as I know and has managed to avoid them kabisa. He casually posts that members who want to be shown their plots can go to the office to be shown while he/she knows that all communications by this society is done on the press (Including satoo's AGM) and this has not happened. 6000 members cannot be addressed in Wazua. On a different note, I sat (During the AGM) and listened Something like 7 Million has been spent on Landscaping and tree/flower planting at the head office...Joke of the decade.. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

Olu, your share certificate is something you should collect if you have completed payments. For the title deeds, the phase one titles are 90 percent done, with we expecting 100 titles per month. The directors have signed the transfer forms for the same. @ Am, would you kindly get to the land and request to see your plot as people on the ground, plus I believe Kamuthi is an open society, the accounts read were as they were posted at the offices so that all could inspect. As a member, let me remind you that you have a duty to ask about your resources and the education week and the ago give you a chance to. Kindly attend and participate. We are build by ideas. To all those members who attended the meeting and contributed. Thank you. As we move forward towards our common goal, we will grow when we accept to plough for our seeds.

@Bufallo Hills..Thanks for the responce, but once again you have avoided a question that I have asked several times: When is balotting for the members who have completed all payments but have not ballotted yet going to do so?? Thank you.. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

Are you in the same Kamuthi office as with the rest? If so, then there is a major disconnect. Here you say if I have finished payments, I can collect the share certificate. On the other hand, a visit to the office, am told otherwise, that the certificates are not ready and I balloted 4 months ago!!

Olu, kindly call the office with and get to know whether yours is ready. All you need to do is give out your membership number. For more info kindly call the office. To our dear members, those who balloted, kindly enquire from the office on the status of your certificate. You will get to know whether yours is ready or not

Buffalohills is an example of who to avoid when buying land.always conduct due diligence lest you fall to FRAUDSTERS who pretend not to know the meaning of WHEN and their project is another MBOIKAMITI in the making.

AM and Mawinder, for any member of the society, all info is available at the office. And Am if you are seriously honest in your dealings and are not out on being fishy, kindly call the office and air your grievances. Going to my earlier post, I said and maintain that, we as a cooperative society encourage people to do due diligence on the land and get to know what you are purchasing way before you purchase. And I believe most of our customers have done so. Am kindly requesting people to avoid using propaganda and get their facts right. We have all info available to the public and am quite worried when members do not follow up on the progress from their office. Kindly get that info

Buffalohills leisure, then you are directing all queries to your office coz it seems you don't have any meaningful information and this is what leads to speculation on your transparency.

@mawinder, the refers to the office is to get you to the relevant desk that deals with your queries. Ask questions relating to the project and you will get the right answers, ask questions on membership or balloting issues and I will direct you to the relevant departments within the office. We are one cooperative, with different departments, so kindly do not take of offence when referred to the office. It is there that you get to get all you need know, do not shy from calling. It is only then that you can get to complain if not properly served. Do you have the office no?
