@Wanyuru

Not being petty but Of course @Buffalohills clearly assumed the question about members balloting as he has responded to other querries 48 hours later.

What @Buffalohills fails to understand is that this pisses off potential buyers who will ask themselves a simple question - "How will they trust a company developing a golf estate but who can't respond to a Bona Fide Society Member's genuine and simple Querry". SAD he/she does not realize the potential Wazua has in BUILDING or BRINGING DOWN.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

Hello all, thank you for your participation and your comments. I look forward to hearing much more from you.
As we endeavor to bring into being this great estate, I would like to let you know that we are a project of Kamuthi housing cooperative society ltd from now on referred to as the developer. The project is located strategically, with connection available from three routes, the Thika superhighway, the greater eastern bypass and Garrissa road. We broke ground on 8 th September this year and work is underway to ensure that the project is through in two years time. Right now, we are dealing with the electric fence as we do the roads within the estate. The contractors are already on the ground.
To view the land, our site office is always open upto 4.30 pm. However, we do take people on Saturdays for an open day.
Feel free to join us.

Just being objective....I believe the question of viewing plots was answered approx. one hr later.....

@Sizzla,

@Bufallohills is talking about new plot purchasers like you when he talks about "Viewing the land everyday...etc " - and not the Society members. Society members are always notified thru the newspapers and additionally by SMS on their phones. Any member in Wazua will confirm there has been no notification. There are 6000+ members and therefore @bufallohills could not Join wazua three days ago and adddress all these members in the Wazua forum. What Objectives are you talking aboutShame on you Shame on you Shame on you ??

@buffalohills the sooner you address @am and @wilyum issues the better for you otherwise being wazua this thread may reach 100 posts by tommorow and might degenerate into something that will soil your reputation

In my opinion, the this land is overpriced considering the distance from Thika-Garissa road. The murram road to the place is not good and can be worse during the rainy season. You also have to pass through Kiganjo shopping centre which is not very secure and its development not well planned. Even with the added services, I would prefer Thika Greens by far. I am not a pessimist but am afraid this project will take quite some time to pick.

@buffalohills, your responses to issues raised here is quite slow. If this slow when marketing, i wonder how fast it will be when processing titles! I suspect you are an agent and may be giving a bad name to buffalo hills proper. My 2 cents
