I would definitely hit his motorcycle to make him lose balance. Not run him over. The cause of death - I suspect he would have died today - would not be vehicular! It would be more like mutiple wounds by blunt objects!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
