Omar connection to the icc was him acting as a commissioner of the human rights body... now he is in politics and he has chosen a party...so by him being in ODM does not necessarily mean that rao was involved with icc

Does it then mean its also possible that he could have been working with 'the bigger picture' in mind.

if he has integrity, no. the point is, any one could have supported the icc course so long as u were a commissioner of the rights commission...(read -icc relied on their report as a commission to some extent)
If you dont want to use plan B, have a good plan A.
