Distance between Railway line & the building d'oh! d'oh! Sad

Shame on you Shame on you
The building is not even fully furnished or occupied I'm made to understand!

i thought there are several banks and uchumi pia.

Its like 36.25% occupied.

So?!!!How do furnishings/occupancy affect the location or the fact that the building is wrongly placed? Sikupati.

The building is poorly located, you can access but exiting is terrible, bot on a plombox and on foot.
They hurriedly to open it so that they can start recouping(spl) some investment before the bulldozer comes roaring!

What is your direct interest?

I would want to know the wording of your prayers which might have been answered half way since only a portion is coming down.

Game over for impunity. Demolition okayed from the very top. May the owner/grabber pray that only a portion will be demolished and the remining section wont be condemned by Kidero boys.

The mall owner Rameshchandra Govind Garissa
said he spent more than Sh500 million in
acquiring the land and constructing the mall.
He has since written a protest letter to various
government agencies.
NLC vice chair Abigael Mbagaya Mukolwe said
Kura launched a complaint saying the
government had bought part of the parcel on
which Taj Mall stands in 1960.

According to the NLC documents, the road
corridor from North Airport Road to Ngong River
was then surveyed and executed in 1966.
The physical planning department then re-
planned a 60 metre-wide Outer Ring Road in
1988, expanding the corridor along Fedha
Estate by seven metres.

"In the case of Taj Mall, the owner had bought
the land from someone although it had already
been bought by the government and the owner
compensated," Mukolwe said.
