It's common knowledge that Moi never rewarded anyone just like that. So the big Q is what corrupt deals did this individuals do for him to get such handsome rewards?
If we start looking deeper into what they were rewarded for I can assure you they would all vacate voluntarily plus offer to foot the cost for conservation.
