I used to use Zain before 3G. Horror. The damn network could not sustain a connection. Have they changed? Right now am on 1.5GB safcom subscription which looks ok so far.

I use airtel , i dont know whether they have already launched the 3G or not , all i care for is am not spending much and the speed is ok. saf is too expensive for me.

i get a full 98% signal connection ..and with safaricom am so uncomfortable look over my shoulder all the time on how much usage is remaining ..Yuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!

if you have a signal strength of more that say 40% you should be able to get a good connection..

My experience with Airtel is bad. Mine was unlimited post-paid but the damn network used to disconnect all the time. May be they've changed, I dont know
