Rank: Member Joined: 4/6/2009 Posts: 78		@the deal: Your analysis is too simplisitic but makes sense.Who will keep buying property at less than 5% yields.the guys who have had liquidity are spooked by the Al-shabab war and Jicho Pevu like allegations on their business. @tony stark-buru is heading downhill, no longer first choice for a younger proffessional balme it on the 'extensions'.
