Now you see what I meant... @Cde wants oil @$60, but oil iko na wenyewe Sad

@youcant - dont expect fuel prices to come down anytime soon with serikali mama na baba biz. Jipange instead for it's only you that is responsible for yourself.

The Business Daily article seems to give the impression that ERC is actually working to keep prices down.

ERC......wenyewe wata-kubali?

@bwen. Wrong. ERC is going to create another fuel crisis, like the other one. Just you wait.

Why would it crate another FUEL crisis. theres a lot of fuel only that these oil sellers expected prices to go up by a whole six shilings per litre...... now they are creating artificial shortage by not wanting to sell to motorists. Washindwe kabisa. Enyewe.....Kenya is a Man eat man society!

A good example - sugar went from 100/Kg to 200/Kg... The oil marketers will take their aim and shoot. ERC cannot manufacture oil. That's where they'll lose this fight...
$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

@ Aguy
So then, it is the marketers who will create the shortage and not ERC?

@ Aguy
So then, it is the marketers who will create the shortage and not ERC?

exactly, but that's what the ERC gets for trying to force marketers to sell at negative margins, making them the root cause.
