The allegation is about the notorius Ngilu water scandal.Now if u r old like me u know that haka ka Cecil Mbarire was Ngilu's handbag girl dueing the Beijing conference (Cecil was kindu 19 years young) and during the 1997 Ngilu's presidential bid.

I lost my hope in PLO long ago. He promised to release "high voltage" files with 4 ministers names within days... Ama the days are not yet over?

News just in... the much awaited press conference by Cecily Mbarire has been called OFF!!! I guess her lawyers advised her that haitaongeza wala kupunguza uzito wowote kwa hii story...

From my stupid understanding of grand bribing, exchange of 'LIQUID CASH'is the rule! Not cheques, bank deposits etc. This just shows that;

i. The said briber was working for others in trying to cut the Director's size to 'NORMAL', OR,

ii. The said director, could not agree on the mode of payment!

iii. An insider (in the director's camp), noticed that there were unusual activities, and the Briber and 'Bribee' had to come up with a new story, that is ending up 'FATAL!'.

As a matter of truth, PLO needs to compose and narrate a poem to Kenyans, about how he has been receiving BRIBES and no Kenyan ever noticed!

DID NOT make a copy of the cheque?? Just like that?
