Let kibaki and raila go to Migingo to agree on one nominee. I only wish that m7 will send a couple of choppers to drop bombs on them.

Clever. Why should he decide who is to be chairman of HBC if he doesn't have to? Remember the matter was thrown at him in his absence. His work is not to decide which side of the government is right. Government go and decide and then come back with your one name. Unfortunately,he never got to pass this message to the two principals as he had planned.

I don't want to appear sympathetic to either side of the coalition,but secret insights i feared to post jana point to a desperate attempt by the ODM to make sure that Kalooser(read PNU) doesn't become the leader of the HBC and ODM realized that if they precipitated a disagreement on the same,then the speaker(read ODM)stand interim and agenda's will easily sail through,there will be no further efforts to have RAO head the HBC

@B.Timer,and anyone please explain.

My understanding of the accord is that if one party pulls out,we go for re-elections. Isn't that what holds it together?

If i got it right,he is saying he cannot decide for the government but effectively stands in for the government. THAT IS ILLEGAL AND DISHONEST.

PNU were shafted on this one. Because RAO has 45 mins every week to address parliament on behalf of govt. So with the VP having been locked out as head of HBC,it means then technically RAO becomes head of Govt business by default.

Do you really think MK will invite RAO to discuss this issue with the aim of coming up with one name?

Any possibility he will delegate the position?
