Hospitals are full of emergencies and not everything stops when one person shows up as an emergency! And it's not that he was neglected - there was someone sent out already... I think he... the "medic" was expecting all hands on deck on this one.
There was no one sent, the same man who was attending to the other patient with a bag is the one who went to the boot. Those rude women sat and continued with the paper work.
