A few questions:
Since Mumias is under receivership isn't there supposed to be a report by administrator?
Was the factory and nucleus the only asset?
What happens at the end of the lease, who will take possession of the assets?
Why hasn't even a single shareholder petitioned the CMA?

I am of the same opinion and the worst is why it is still under suspension and receivership
The Kasongo -MaDVD govt campaigned in western using Mumias and how it will go back to operation and trading as soon as they taken over govt

The Mulembe Nation promise to return Mumias to upright mode is a blot in Mdvd and Ruto.
Farmers and share holders were conned
Hope new govt will live to be truthful

I was informed Indians love dead companies as they have a big chance to Milk it more without anyone questioning and still claim loss
We need a Kukiyu as a receiver Manager not Indian.
KCC was revived by a Kikuyu during Kibaki good years
Oparanya should look for a Kikuyu Manager if he want to revive the old Mumias green Gold

Indians are more corruptible!!!
