No matter what you think, arresting Raila is like arresting Jomo Kenyatta, in the 50's, you will accuse him of all sorts of things, it better to avoid illuminati intruments from europe like common law and police when dealing with Africans and particularly Kenyans, even Jomo Kenyatta never dared imprison Jaramogi, NEVER, he kept him comfortably at his house under house house arrest, Jomo the burning spear could not do something as stupid. The inauguration was an 'own goal'.The international community can now turn a blind eye to any repression related to the ill advised oath. This boy is uncouth.If Raila really wants to lead this country one day , he shouuld clean up his team. He doesnt need the likes of Babu, Millie,Kajwang etc. He needs to start hanging out with people of character. People who can enhance his image but not asozial individuals like the ones named above.

Maraga publicly declared that he has no power to tell any judge or magistrate anything. He said this in Mombasa when asked about the Raila swearing in and I am sure NASA and their lawyers felt that was very wise at the time.
