I thought ERC pricing formuale has a fixed minimum retailers and wholesalers margins?

Mark-up is fixed per Unit (litre) of Petroleum sold. With higher petroleum costs the margin per unit sold (in KShs) shrinks hence the need to sell more units to cover costs. Working Capital finance also increases.

VAT won't be charged on the final price.It will be charged on the intermediate to ease the burden.
Similar to the way it's charged on the Electricity bill.
